Applications and dealer accounts
We use company and representative details, authority declarations, inventory files and feed addresses to assess dealer applications and operate the requested pilot. Account processing includes email, password hashes, sessions, two-step authentication, roles and security audit records. The basis is requested steps before a contract or performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), where you are a party, and our legitimate interests in administering business relationships and preventing misuse (Article 6(1)(f)). Required fields are needed to assess an application. Uploads are private until their authorised inventory content is separately approved for publication. Do not include customer records or confidential documents.
Buyer enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we save your name, chosen contact details, message and the vehicle reference for the selected dealer, and notify that dealer by email. We process and share the enquiry with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)); you may withdraw it by contacting company@rankfor.ai, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). The selected dealer is responsible for its own replies and subsequent sales processing. Sending an enquiry does not create a vehicle purchase or subscribe you to marketing. Do not include financial documents or other sensitive information.
Search and AI agents
Leido serves people and software agents fulfilling their users’ queries. Approved listings are available as web pages and structured and Markdown content. Public information can be fetched and retained by external services under their own policies. We cannot guarantee that an AI service visits, recommends or removes a cached copy immediately. Application files, credentials, private VINs and buyer enquiries are excluded from public agent content. Search logs retain parsed constraints, a redacted remainder and hashed network identifiers for 30 days; they do not retain the raw question in that record. Do not put personal information in search questions.
When AI-assisted search is enabled, Google Gemini receives your search question to suggest vehicle filters. We do not send your account details or buyer enquiries with it. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in search questions. Standard search remains available when the provider is unavailable or the daily limit is reached.
Service providers and storage
Google Cloud hosts the marketplace and encrypted backups in Finland. Technical request and security logs can include IP addresses, browser data, request paths and times. Hostinger handles transactional email; the recipient’s email provider also processes delivery. Only authorised staff and service providers supporting the service can access private records. Providers may use subprocessors outside the EEA subject to applicable transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. The public introduction site has separate hosting and optional analytics described in its linked privacy notice. Optional analytics and advertising pixels are disabled in the marketplace.

Retention and your rights
We retain applications and correspondence while reviewing the request and administering any resulting pilot. We review them when the matter closes and remove data no longer needed, subject to legal obligations, security investigations or claims. Accounts, permissions, leads and approval evidence are reviewed when access or participation ends. Encrypted backup copies expire after 35 days and are used for recovery. Necessary session cookies normally expire after 12 hours. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, at company@rankfor.ai. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon at aki.ee. There are no solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
